How do I know if I can benefit from the 1-1 Coaching?

Everyone learns in different ways which is why I offer so many options. Some people prefer phone or email for those who are shy or maybe don’t to show their face due to privacy.
 
Others work best in person and are more hands on with their learning. Some people don’t live in LA so we can’t meet in person so zoom is the best for them.
 
How you benefit from coaching is all up to you. Are you present in the moment and really ready to learn? 
Are you willing to put in the work required when you’re on your own?
All these things are important for you to get the most of our coaching. 
It’s one thing to just show up, it’s another to take part during the session and after.

What can I expect us to work on together?

This all depends on what you’re looking for from topics covering relationships, sex, adult toys, confidence, fashion tips, etc. 
 
These coaching sessions are all about you and what you want to talk to me about in a safe space.

Do you provide the materials needed for our sessions?

Sometimes I provide videos or blog posts depending on what you’re wantitng to learn. If there’s any recommended reading or naughty toys to try, these are things you will need to buy on your own.

How many sessions will I need?

That all depends on you. Some people just take one zoom class because they want to learn quick techniques or maybe it might take five sessions, others come to me monthly just to check in and some want to see me on a regular basis to just have someone to.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For any of my services please book 2 - 4 weeks in advance. For party planning, depending on size will need 1-2 months.
